The Virgilio De Biasi Company has always been noted for the uniqueness of its workmanship. We have made use of the experience acquired from our original work using glass beads, in order to expand into the other areas of artisan glass workmanship to be found on the island of Murano.
Some examples of the new types of articles available now are: Murano glass pieces, created by combining pure 24 carat gold or silver leaf with mosaic glass, pastels, and other types of precious glass.
Some examples of the different types of pieces made in this new style are: Clocks, picture frames, mirrors, dishes of different sizes and colours, and many more pieces created in a new, modern style.
Necklace pendants, each of which comes with a black velvet ribbon : the lustre and transparency of these pieces is achieved by the combining of the Murano glass with the pure gold or silver leaf.
Multifaceted cut glass rings, available in many different shapes and colours.
